Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SoDeep. We want to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our clients. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Due to the digital nature of our platform and the immediate processing costs associated with AI models and data verification, all sales of AI Credit Packs are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or refunded to your original payment method. We highly recommend starting with our smallest credit pack or utilizing our free audit to ensure our platform meets your needs before committing to larger purchases.

2. Custom Setup and Consulting Services

For our "Done-for-You" and Custom Setup services:

  • Payments are collected as one-time fees based on a mutually agreed Scope of Work.
  • No Refunds: Once the setup process has begun or the service has been rendered, the payment is strictly non-refundable, as it covers the dedicated time and labor of our RevOps engineers.
  • In the event that we cannot fulfill the agreed-upon Scope of Work due to technical limitations on our end, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error or multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.
