1. Description of Service

SoDeep is a B2B lead generation and outreach operations platform that provides AI-based qualification, contact discovery, and data verification services. We operate on a pay-as-you-go credit system and offer additional custom setup and consulting services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Purchases and Credits

• Credit Packs: We offer AI credits for purchase. Credits are used to perform actions within the platform (e.g., AI qualification, verification).
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Services: Consulting and custom setup services are billed as one-time fees based on a mutually agreed Scope of Work.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
• Send unsolicited spam or malicious content.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the SoDeep platform or its underlying algorithms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoDeep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services or the data obtained through the Services.
